Mid-Columbia Pet Emergency Service (MCPES) is a well-established emergency-only hospital serving Washington’s Tri-Cities region. Since 1996, we have been the go-to emergency provider within a 2–4 hour radius, offering a wide variety of challenging cases and fostering a collaborative, award-winning culture.

- Guaranteed minimum of 10 shifts/month (day or swing) with $170K base
- Shift pay: $1,400 – Day (6am–6pm); $1,400 – Swing (1pm–1am); $1,600 – Night (6pm–6am)
- Medical Director stipend: $1,400/month ($16,800/year)
- Leadership CE allowance: $2,500 annually
- Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, FSA, commuter benefits
