Perform and document initial and ongoing assessments of patient’s condition. Design and implement a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient and family. Educate and counsel patients and families regarding treatment plans and progress. Plan and/or assist with patient discharge from therapy services. Supervise activities of clinical fellows, students, and other support personnel.

• Education:
  
  Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology Required Licenses:
• Licensed Speech Therapist;
  Current licensure with WA Board of Speech‑Language Pathology & Audiology
  
  Certifications:
  
  Basic Life Support (BLS) within 60 days of hire. Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
