Location: Pasco, WA

Schedule: Full Time, Varied Shift

Hourly Wage: $17.84 - $24.38

Lourdes Medical Center is a 35‑bed hospital in Pasco, WA, part of Lifepoint Health. We are committed to making communities healthier with our acute care, rehabilitation, and behavioral health facilities.

As a Central Processing Aide, you will clean, decontaminate, inspect, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment, maintain supplies, record processes, and communicate with the surgical team.

• Clean, decontaminate, inspect, assemble, and sterilize instruments and equipment according to manufacturer instructions.
• Maintain and restock supplies to ensure departments have what they need.
• Keep accurate records for sterilization and quality assurance.
• Communicate effectively with nurses, surgical techs, and other team members.
• Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and strong attention to detail.
• Work independently while managing time and resources efficiently.
• Take on other duties as needed to support safe, smooth operations.

• Education: Post‑high school training or specialized education required;
  Central Processing course completion preferred.
• Experience: Preferred one year of experience in Central Processing, Surgery, or similar environment.
• Skills: Strong critical thinking and decision‑making abilities; comfort working in a busy, high‑stress environment; excellent communication and teamwork skills; ability to work with a diverse team and patient population.
• Certifications: Preferred Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST).
