Medical Assistant, Certified; CMA PRN

Base Pay Range

$18.00/hr – $26.00/hr

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) PRN at Lourdes Medical Center, Pasco, WA. Days schedule, hourly wage $18.77–$26.04 per hour. Works under the supervision of a Physician or Nurse, assists with patient assessments and treatments, performs basic diagnostic procedures, monitors patient condition, maintains equipment and supplies, and supports a fast‑paced environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program or equivalent (required).
• Must be a Washington state Certified Certified Medical Assistant (CCMA) or CMA via AAMA or NHA, certification obtained within 60 days of hire.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certificate, obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
• Experience working under supervision of a Physician or Nurse; capable of patient assessments and performing treatments.
• Ability to perform basic diagnostic procedures and specimen collection.
• Monitor and communicate changes in patient condition.
• Maintain equipment and medical supplies: reordering, stocking, cleaning, troubleshooting.
• Maintain examination areas and keep patient rooms and common areas stocked, clean, and orderly.
