In this role you will support the quality of patient care by providing clinical, administrative, and diagnostic services in an outpatient occupational health setting. You will collaborate with physicians and nurses to assess, treat, and monitor patients who seek occupational health services.

• Assist physicians and nurses with patient assessments, examinations, and treatment plans.
• Perform basic diagnostic procedures and specimen collection, and monitor patient condition changes.
• Maintain and troubleshoot medical equipment and supplies, including reordering, stocking, and cleaning.
• Prepare examination areas and keep patient rooms and common areas stocked, clean, and orderly.
• Work under the supervision of a Physician or Nurse with minimal supervision.

• High school diploma or equivalent required;
  Graduate of an Accredited Medical Assistant Program or equivalent required.
• Current WA state CCMA, CMA, or RMA certification via AAMA or NHA obtained within 60 days of hire.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certificate obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
• Work under the supervision of a Physician or Nurse, assisting with performing patient assessments and treatments.
