Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA/NAC) & Home Care Aides (HCA)

We are seeking dependable, compassionate CNAs/NACs and HCAs for in‑home care. Weekend caregivers are a top priority, especially those with experience in dementia or ALS care.

Weekend Shift Incentive:
Earn an additional $1.50/hour for every Saturday and Sunday shift worked.

Health Benefit Bonus:
After 90 days, caregivers working 20+ hours per week qualify for free primary care—available for you or anyone in your household.

• Weekend shifts – in high demand
• Late Afternoon / Evening Shifts
• NOC (Overnight) Shifts approximately 7:00/8:00 PM – 7:00/8:00 AM
• Weekday shifts available

• Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting
• Safe transfers and mobility support, including Hoyer lift operation
• Dementia and/or ALS care
• Monitoring and reporting changes in client condition
• Taking and documenting vital signs
• Meal preparation, feeding, and hydration
• Light housekeeping and safety checks
• Companionship and emotional support
• Following individualized care plans and completing required documentation

• Current CNA/NAC or HCA certification – REQUIRED
• Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving experience – REQUIRED
• Weekend availability – STRONGLY PREFERRED

• Dementia care
• ALS care
• Hoyer lift transfers
• Home care, assisted living, or long‑term care settings

• Compassionate, reliable, and patient demeanor
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assist safely with transfers and mobility
• Ability to pass a background check and provide professional references
