• Assure compliance with regulatory agency requirements
• Provide leadership that promotes excellent employee performance
• Demonstrate effective communication
• Improve organizational performance
• Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to lead at the supervisor level in the area of responsibility

• Master's Degree in Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapy required
• Five (5) years’ experience in direct patient care in an acute care setting; 3‑5 years’ management experience in a medical setting desired
• Knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the population served in Rehab Therapies
• Washington State Driver’s License and liability insurance to use personal vehicle and/or LHN Company vehicles for LHN business purposes
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification
• Bilingual and/or English‑Spanish speaking preferred; ability to work with culturally diverse populations
