Key Responsibilities (Essential Functions)- Assure compliance with regulatory agency requirements
- Provide leadership that promotes excellent employee performance
- Demonstrate effective communication
- Improve organizational performance
- Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to lead at the supervisor level in the area of responsibility
- Master's Degree in Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapy required
- Five (5) years’ experience in direct patient care in an acute care setting; 3‑5 years’ management experience in a medical setting desired
- Knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the population served in Rehab Therapies
- Washington State Driver’s License and liability insurance to use personal vehicle and/or LHN Company vehicles for LHN business purposes
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification
- Bilingual and/or English‑Spanish speaking preferred; ability to work with culturally diverse populations
