Description
The Physical Therapist functions under the general supervision of the rehabilitation leadership team and the department director. The Physical Therapist assumes responsibility and accountability for a designated group of patients/clients and provides physical therapy evaluations and treatments in accordance with established hospital and departmental policies and procedures, maintaining the highest degree of quality patient care.

Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Upon hire:
Washington Physical Therapist License - Upon hire:
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association - Specialized physical therapy training or experience to meet a particular department need may be required.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Accredited Physical Therapy Program. Or
- Ph.D. in Accredited Physical Therapy Program.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
