Location: Pasco, WA

Facility: Lourdes Health (Lourdes Medical Center)

Schedule: Full Time, Days

Hourly Wage: $17.96 - $24.55

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Maintain and organize patient medical charts and Electronic Health Records (EHRs).
• Manage unit supplies and equipment, reorder as needed.
• Act as communication hub: answer phones, relay messages, schedule diagnostic tests.
• Provide clerical support to nurses and other medical professionals.
• Assist with insurance forms and administrative documents.
• Ensure smooth unit operations via data management and orderly environment.
• Act as liaison between medical staff, patients, and families.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma preferred.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certificate or can obtain within 90 days after hire.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, critical‑thinking, and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with medical terminology.
• Ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
