• Manage a panel of patients for a full‑spectrum primary care clinic, taking care of acute and chronic care needs.
• Be curious and keep more care in primary care; solve problems, answer questions, and spend quality time learning on behalf of your patients.
• Assist in developing a high‑functioning care team that works at the top of license and scope.
• Collaborate with Physicians, Specialists, Pharmacists, Nurses, and other health‑care professionals in person or by video.
• Provide patients and family members with counseling and education regarding health maintenance, disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and follow‑up.
• Perform minor outpatient procedures in accordance with credentialing/privileging policy.
• Work in partnership with clinic Physicians when care is beyond your scope or license.
• Provide after‑hours care service support as part of the on‑call program.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation.
• Verify and document patient understanding of diagnosis, treatment, and follow‑up recommendations.

• Currently licensed or able to be licensed in Washington state by hire date.
• Completion of a master’s level Nurse Practitioner program with national certification from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners or American Nurses Credentialing Center.
• Unrestricted DEA, NPI, and prescriptive authority.
• Ability to be credentialed under Medicare.
• 2+ years of experience is strongly preferred.
• Special interest, experience, fellowship, or degree in primary care.
• Proficiency in EMR;
  Epic experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent critical thinking, flexibility, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Interest in community outreach efforts (PR, ambassador to community partners, onboarding/mentoring for new teammates). Preferred.

This position operates in a clinic environment, providing both in‑person and telehealth care. Collaboration with various health‑care providers is routine, and participation in wellness programs may also be required.

Ability to work in a clinical environment, interact with patients for prolonged periods, and perform duties requiring a high level of concentration and emotional resilience.
