The registered nurse plans, coordinates, and implements patient care for the age‑group served in the Medical Surgical unit. The RN ensures quality care, safety, and adherence to departmental standards.

• 5:1 Nurse Ratio
• 12 Hour Shifts
• 25 Beds
• Must be willing to float

Utilize your specialized plan‑of‑care interventions, serve as a patient‑care innovator, and shape exceptional patient journeys daily.

• $10,000 - $25,000 Commitment‑Incentive Bonus (Pro‑Rated for Part‑Time)

Applicants must hold a current state RN license and possess a bachelor’s or associate degree from an accredited nursing school.

Additional requirements:

• BLS required
• ACLS within one year of hire
• 1 year of experience preferred
