The RN plans, coordinates, and implements patient care specific to the age of the patient population served in the Medical Surgical Orthopedics unit. The RN ensures quality care is provided in an efficient and safe manner, consistent with departmental standards. The RN demonstrates performance consistent with the mission, philosophy, and goals of the unit and the organization, remaining flexible to changing systems and treating staff, physicians, patients, and families with consideration and respect.

• 5:1 Nurse Ratio
• 12‑Hour Shifts
• 10 Beds

You will make an impact by utilizing your specialized plan‑of‑care intervention, serving as a patient‑care innovator, shaping exceptional patient journeys, and leveraging your skills with cutting‑edge technology to directly impact patient well‑being.

• $10,000 – $25,000 Commitment‑Incentive Bonus (Pro‑Rated for Part‑Time)

Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess a bachelor’s degree or associate degree from an accredited nursing school.

• BLS required
• ACLS within 1 year of hire
• 1 year of experience preferred
