Registered Nurse (RN), Orthopedics — Full-time, Nights

Base pay range: $40.00/hr - $75.00/hr wage scale: $40.81 - $75.65 per hour. This is a Union position. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

• The registered nurse (RN) plans, coordinates and implements patient care specific to the age of the patient population served in the Medical Surgical Orthopedics unit.
• Ensure quality care is provided in an efficient and safe manner, consistent with departmental standards of care.
• Demonstrate flexibility to changing systems; maintain quality and effectiveness in work habits and clinical practices, and treat staff, physicians, patients and families with consideration and respect.
• Support a 5:1 nurse ratio on 12-hour shifts with 10 beds in the unit.

You will impact patient care by utilizing your plan‑of‑care interventions and serving as a patient-care innovator. You will shape exceptional patient journeys daily and leverage your skills and our technology to directly impact patient wellbeing.

• $10,000 - $25,000 Commitment-Incentive Bonus (Pro‑Rated for Part‑Time)

• Current state RN license
• Bachelor’s degree or associate degree from an accredited nursing school
• BLS required
• ACLS within 1 year of hire
• 1 year of experience preferred
