Registered Nurse (Tri Cities and Sunnyside area)

DaVita Kidney Care is looking for a Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered outpatient dialysis care. This is a full‑time position working 3–4 days a week, with shifts beginning as early as 4am and ending as late as midnight. Rotated Saturdays are required;
Sundays are closed.

$39.00/hr – $53.00/hr

• Full‑time: 3–4 days per week, 8–12 hour shifts.
• Flexible: opening/closing shifts, some holidays.
• Rotated Saturdays; no Sunday shifts.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington.
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; B.S.N. or accredited diploma acceptable.
• Open to those without prior dialysis experience; on‑the‑job training provided.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and compassionate care skills.
• Experience with electronic medical records, MS Word, Outlook.
• Basic computer skills.

• ICU, CCU, ER, or Med‑Surg experience.
• Certification:
  Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN).
• Background in chronic hemodialysis or home hemodialysis.
• Educational or teaching experience.
