Pay: $17.84–$24.38/hr, $5,000 sign‑on bonus

Facility: Lourdes Health – Lourdes Medical Center is a 35‑bed hospital in Pasco, WA, part of Lifepoint Health, dedicated to making communities healthier.

• Perform basic patient care activities under supervision of RN or LPN, including monitoring vital signs, blood glucose measurements, intake/outcome, and assisting with bathing, grooming, eating, ambulation, etc.
• Use critical‑thinking, decisive judgment, and work with minimal supervision.
• Report abnormal findings, changes in physical, mental, emotional conditions to nursing staff.
• Maintain patient rooms and common areas stocked, clean, and orderly.
• Adhere to applicable scope and standards of practice and maintain confidentiality of protected health information (demographic, clinical, insurance, financial, medical records).
• Follow safety protocols for exposure to blood borne pathogens, chemicals, latex, and other hazards.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Current Washington State CNA certification.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certificate or obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
• Demonstrated knowledge, skills, and abilities to support patient care and nursing staff.

• Frequent standing, walking, lifting or moving patients, repetitive hand and arm movements.
• Regular exposure to biological and chemical hazards including blood and bodily fluids, hazardous medications, and latex.
