Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN with a WA or compact license and at least three years of OR experience.

• Work in the Operating Room department of an acute care hospital
• Day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• 13-week travel assignment
• Provide comprehensive perioperative nursing care including patient preparation, circulating, and assisting during surgical procedures
• Must follow hospital protocols and maintain a safe surgical environment
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply

• Active WA or compact RN license required
• Minimum of 3 years of Operating Room nursing experience
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (RQI certifications not accepted)
• Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration
• COVID vaccination card required
• Cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
• Permanent address must be more than 60 miles from the facility
• Cannot be employed full time elsewhere
