Pay Rate: $140,000 - $150,000 annually.

Interim Director of Nursing

• Will be responsible for the oversight of 24‑hour behavioral health nursing operations throughout the department(s).
• Will oversee approximately 40+ FTEs and will strive to stabilize staffing, scheduling, team culture, and accountability.
• Seeking a strong nursing leader who will analyze current processes while making improvements to safety, quality, and patient care policies.
• Ideal candidates will be collaborative leaders who develop, maintain, and foster positive working relationships and lead onboarding and training initiatives.
• Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.

• MSN required.
• Active RN license required.

• Compensation Range: $140,000 to $150,000 annually.
• Base rate based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations.
• May be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and retirement benefits.
• Compensation may be subject to future adjustments.
