What You'll Do- Assist residents with daily activities and personal care
- Help residents with mobility, meals, and hygiene
- Promote resident comfort, dignity, and safety
- Support licensed nursing staff with resident care needs
- Respond to resident needs with compassion and respect
- Work toward obtaining your CNA certification within 120 days
- Current Washington Nurse Assistant Registration (NAR)
- Completion of CNA training program and clinicals
- Ability to obtain CNA certification within 120 days of hire
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassion for seniors and commitment to quality care
- Ability to pass required employment screenings
