As the only ER clinic within a 2–4 hour radius, MCPES sees a wide variety of cases, offering strong case continuity and outstanding earning potential. Weare looking for a Full or Part‑Time Emergency Veterinarian
Ideal candidates will be internship‑trained or experienced in emergency medicine, and those with a strong interest in surgery or ABVP diplomate credentials are especially encouraged to apply. No overnight shifts are required, and our bi‑weekly scheduling model supports a true work‑life balance. What We Offer- Compensation:
Greater of shift rate or 23‑25% production (no negative accrual) - Shift Pay: $1,400 – Day (6am–6pm); $1,400 – Swing (1pm–1am); $1,600 – Night (6pm–6am)
- Bi‑weekly schedule: 5 shifts per pay period
- Annual earning potential: $250K+
- Sign‑on bonus, relocation bonus, and housing stipend
- Swing shifts only, Week A – Sunday, Monday, Tuesday;
Week B – Wednesday and Thursday; 5 shifts every pay period to qualify for full‑time status of at least 10 shifts a month. - We also offer a rotating schedule for FT.

Week B – Wednesday; 3 shifts every pay period for a minimum of 6 shifts a month to qualify for part‑time status. - Both options also eligible to choose Saturday or Sunday Swings as an option to include in rotation, if wanted.
