Required qualifications:

minimum age 18, effective communication skills, and a commitment to making an impact. Physical requirements include well‑paced mobility for up to four hours, the ability to lift up to 25 pounds five times per shift, frequent reach, bend, stoop, and safe handling of plates, glasses, and baskets. You must also adhere to health and safety standards, wearing protective hand coverings, face coverings, and masks throughout the shift, and washing hands regularly with disinfecting soap.

Compensation:
Applebee’s® Server’s start at minimum wage up to $16.28 / hour. Competitive wages plus tips, healthcare benefits, flexible schedule, meal discounts, and paid sick leave are available. Daily Pay
