Overview

Store Manager role at Panda Restaurant Group. Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. • Be in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead the store to success and drive performance.

You will participate in an 8 or more weeks of store leadership training to prepare for success.

• High school diploma required
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Food Safety:
  Serve Safe certified

While performing duties, counter areas are often hot with steam from steam table and food vapors. Workspace is restricted and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods of time. Employees must prepare hot and cold foods, use kitchen equipment, and work quickly with accuracy. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and reach across counters.

Kitchens can be hot and noisy; storage space is limited. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively, adapt to changing priorities, and manage conflicts/difficult situations.

Pay Range: $28 per hour - $31 per hour
