Job title: Field Marketing Representative (Door-to-Door Canvasser / Appointment Setter)

Type: Full-time, W-2 hourly, non-exempt (overtime eligible)

Pay: $18.46/hour guaranteed (about $38,400/year full-time), or your commission whichever is GREATER, every pay period. No cap on commission.

You’re the first face of All Set Home at the door. You work door to door across Pasco, Kennewick, and Richland, talk with homeowners about their heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical, and book in-home estimates for our Service Managers.

You don’t sell. You don’t quote prices. You don’t close. You start the conversation, find the homeowners who need us, and book the appointment. The Service Manager takes it from there.

You’re outside, not at a desk. We teach you what to say, how to say it, and how to handle the no, with daily coaching from our Field Marketing Manager. The best learners rise fastest.

• Knock doors in your assigned neighborhoods and introduce All Set Home.
• Ask good questions, listen, and find out if the home is a fit for a visit.
• Book qualified appointments in our mobile app, with clean notes.
• Log every conversation and lead so nothing gets dropped.
• Work toward daily activity and appointment goals with the team.
• Represent the brand the right way: in All Set gear, on time, respectful at every door.
• Clock in and out for all time worked. Overtime must be approved in advance.

This is a W-2, hourly, non-exempt job.

• Hourly: $18.46/hour for all hours worked, or
• Commission: 4%, 5%, or 6% of the revenue collected on appointments you set that close and install, based on your monthly tier, with a monthly Tier Bonus true-up.

Plus overtime as required by law. Paid twice a month. No cap on commission. We’ll walk you through the full written plan before you start.

• You’ll be outside in 100°F+ heat and winter cold, on your feet and walking most of the day.
• Your commission depends on your effort and how your appointments turn out. Your hourly pay is guaranteed either way.
