RemX Search is seeking a skilled I&E Technician to join a leading water and process technology team in Pasco, WA. This is a hands-on role supporting industrial water treatment systems with instrumentation and electrical responsibilities.
Salary: $83,554.00-$

- Troubleshoot and maintain electrical equipment, motors, MCCs, VFDs, sensors, analyzers, and transmitters
- Perform calibration and testing of instruments and valve positioners
- Assist with spare parts inventory, maintenance documentation, and plant operations
- Act as backup operator in emergencies
- Maintain safety and plant housekeeping
- 2-year Technical School degree preferred OR 3+ years of industrial E&I experience
- Hands-on experience with instrumentation and control systems (RO, DM, UF, EDI, ZLD, or thermal desalination a plus)
- Strong troubleshooting, attention to detail, and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work safely at heights with PPE
- Must pass pre-employment 5-panel drug test
