Class A CDL Local Driver – $40 per Hour + OT – Home Daily

Rouse Trucking is hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers for a high‑end local delivery position supporting data center operations. This role offers excellent hourly pay, consistent weekday schedules, and the opportunity to work with premium equipment in a professional environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• $40.00 per hour
• Overtime paid after 40 hours
• Average weekly pay: $1,600 - $1,625

Schedule

• Monday – Friday
• Typical start time: 5:00 AM
• Shifts range from 6–12 hours, based on workload
• Local routes within a 50‑mile radius
• Occasional weekend availability as business needs arise
• Home every evening

Job Responsibilities

• Operate commercial vehicles in full compliance with DOT and FMCSA regulations
• Perform thorough pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections
• Pick up and transport server equipment and technology hardware from warehouse locations
• Secure freight properly and assist with offloading at data center sites
• Support placement of equipment alongside installation teams
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation
• Communicate route updates, delays, or safety concerns with operations
• Work independently or as part of a team in active construction environments

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required
• 2+ years of CDL experience preferred (1 year considered)
• Experience in warehouse, moving, or freight handling is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions
