Driver Helper - $28 per Hour plus OT | Home Daily

This role offers consistent morning hours, home every evening, full health insurance from Day 1, and opportunities for growth into higher-paying positions. No CDL is required – just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

• $28.00 per hour
• Overtime: 1.5x after 40 hours per week
• Typical weekly earnings: $1,120 - $1,135
• Medical, dental, and vision coverage
• Work Monday - Friday, 5:00 AM start
• Shifts 6-12 hours, depending on workload
• Occasional Saturdays during high-volume periods
• Local routes within a 50-mile radius, home daily

• Ride along with an experienced driver and help load/unload server racks and tech equipment
• Learn to operate electric pallet jacks and other equipment for safe handling of heavy gear
• Secure all loads before transport
• Complete delivery paperwork and report any issues or delays to your supervisor
• Work safely at construction sites and active delivery locations

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• No CDL or special license required
• Warehouse, moving, or freight experience is a plus
• Comfortable working outdoors in varied weather conditions
• Basic smartphone or tablet skills to track deliveries digitally
