Package Delivery Driver - Fedex Ground

Who are we?

We are DKFX INC. For more than 15 years we have operated Fedex Ground Pickup and Delivery routes out of the Pasco, WA terminal. We are commited to safety, superior customer service, and supporting our employees to be succesful in their roles.

We are looking for experienced or qualified Drivers to deliver and pick up packages from local businesses and residences. Ideal candidates will be available for full time work, but part-time/temporary work is available.

Requirements (Drivers Must):

• Be able to adapt to situations to meet customer needs.
• Know the importance of safety.
• Be at least 21 years of age, have a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record.
• Have minimum one (1) year commercial driving experience within the last three years.
• Be able to read, speak, and write English.
• Pass a drug test, DOT Physical, and background check.
• Be of legal status to work in the USA, we E-Verify.
• Be able to safely lift/carry up to 150lbs with a hand truck.

Daily Duties:

• Routes often vary in size and volume, expectations are drivers will be able to complete 100-150+ delivery and pickup stops a day.
• Perform complete and accurate daily pre/post-trip inspections. Basic Vehicle maintenance experience is a plus but not required.
• Communicate effectively with Management and coworkers.
• Remain proffesional with customers and provide excellent customer service.

Compensation:

• Paid training starts at $18 per hour.
• Full-time qualified Driver wages are $19-$24 depending on experience.
• Paid Time-Off.
• Flexible schedule and overtime available.
