Senior Accounts Executive
Location:
Pasir Ris
Salary: $3,500 – $4,500
Working Hours:
Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 6.00pm
- Manage full set of accounts (AR, AP, GL) and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
- Handle GST submissions, tax computation, and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and banks.
- Monitor cash flow, ensure timely payments and collections.
- Review and improve accounting processes for efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Provide guidance to junior accounting staff when required.
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Proficient in accounting software (MYOB, Quick Books, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, GST, and tax regulations.
- Detail-oriented, able to meet deadlines, and work independently.
