ASAP (9 Months)

Work Week:
Mon–Thu 8:30am–6:00pm;
Fri 8:30am–5:30pm

• Enter information accurately into data collection or inventory management systems
• Report daily operational abnormalities to the appropriate persons
• Respond to daily operational issues as directed
• Support daily order tracking and delivery coordination as directed
• Request quotations from the appropriate person
• Print and file shipping documents in accordance with customer compliance
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned
• Maintain a clean‑desk environment in compliance with industry policies; keep mobile phones in lockers during working hours, except for occasional checks

• Mature profiles are welcome to apply
• Organized, meticulous, and sense of urgency
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in freight forwarding industry is a plus
• Self‑reliant and able to cope independently
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel)
