RESPONSIBILITIES- Curate and plan meaningful activities tailored to the residents' needs and abilities.
- Facilitate activity engagement and participation with the residents.
- Collaborate with care partners to integrate meaningful engagement into residents' daily routines.
- Create activity guides and resource kits to empower the care team to facilitate activity engagement.
- Develop a comprehensive calendar of programmes encompassing cognitive stimulation, physical activities, reminiscence activities, social recreational activities and intergenerational initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate programme effectiveness with the Centre Director.
- Implement programme adjustments based on feedback and observed outcomes.
- Have a Diploma in healthcare related disciplines
- Have strong passion to work with seniors in the Nursing Home
- Collaborate effectively in multi disciplinary team
- Have strong communication and organisational skills
- Confident in implementing group activities for seniors
It would be great if you:
- Have worked in elder care settings
- Can speak local dialects
