School Operations Assistant

You will support daily school operations by maintaining cleanliness, providing logistics and facilities assistance, conducting facility checks, and ensuring a safe, orderly environment at a primary school in Pasir Ris.

• Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of classrooms, offices, and common areas to ensure a safe school environment
• Provide logistics support by setting up and clearing venues for school activities, events, and meetings
• Move and arrange furniture, equipment, and other items to support school operations
• Conduct basic inspections of school facilities and report faults or maintenance issues promptly
• Assist with opening, closing, and securing designated school areas, classrooms, gates, and facilities
• Support basic facilities maintenance activities as assigned to ensure operational readiness
• Escort contractors, vendors, and service personnel within school premises to maintain security and compliance
• Perform general operational and cleaning duties to uphold school safety and order
• Execute other operational tasks assigned by the school to support daily functions

• Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English to coordinate tasks and report issues
• Capability to perform hands‑on operational duties including cleaning, logistics support, and moving items safely

• Prior experience in school operations, facilities management, cleaning, maintenance, or a similar operational role
• Reliability and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within the school operations team
