Retail Store Manager | | $3,800 + Incentives + Bonus

Location: Pasir Ris

Salary: $3,800/month + Incentives

Employment Type: Full-time | Rotating shifts, including weekends & public holidays

We are looking for an experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead a retail team, and drive sales and customer service performance.

• Manage daily store operations, including inventory and cash management.
• Lead, coach and schedule store staff to achieve sales and service targets.
• Monitor store sales, KPIs, budgets and operational performance.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer enquiries.
• Ensure visual merchandising and promotional displays meet brand standards.
• Support marketing initiatives and provide store insights to management.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security and loss prevention procedures.

• At least 5 years of retail experience
  , including 3 years in a Store Manager or similar leadership role
  .
• Proven experience in achieving sales targets and managing budgets/P&L.
• GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good organisational and people-management abilities.
• Comfortable working rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
