Salary: $3,300 - $3,800/month

Location:

East Area (Nearest MRT: Pasir Ris)

• Oversee the daily operations of the retail store to ensure smooth and efficient performance
• Drive sales performance and achieve store revenue targets
• Analyse sales reports and implement strategies to maximise business growth
• Lead, coach, train and motivate the retail team to achieve excellent performance
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer feedback professionally
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, cash handling and store administration
• Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation meet company standards
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures and safety standards
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

• Minimum GCE O-Level (Diploma/Degree in Business or Retail Management is an advantage)
• At least 5 years of retail experience
  , including 3 years in a Store Manager role
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive store performance
• Strong leadership, coaching and team management skills
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Good organisational and operational management skills
• Able to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays
