Working Hour
- Mondays, Wednesdays: 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m.
- Tuesdays, Thursdays: 12.00 p.m. to 3.00 p.m.
- Fridays: 11.30 a.m. to 2.30 p.m.
Support student well-being and behaviour
.Support targeted students through individual/small group sessions, intervention programmes, and engagement strategies.
Provide counselling
, mentoring, and coping strategies; act as a positive role model.Identify underlying issues (e.g., trauma, poverty) to inform intervention planning.
Develop, monitor, and follow up on behavioural support plans.
Conduct investigations
, review CCTV, interview students, record statements, and support mediation and conflict resolution.Monitor student behaviour, enforce school rules, support high-traffic periods, and supervise detention.
Conduct home visits as needed.
Maintain case documentation, prepare reports, and support student management processes and logistics.
Communicate with form teachers, school leaders, parents, and external agencies (as appropriate).
Perform other duties as assigned.
- Diploma or professional qualification in Youth Work, Psychology, Early Intervention, Counselling, Education, Behavioural Science, Social Services, or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
