Part-Time Pastry ; Temporary

Overview

JUSTIN is a winery and fine dining establishment in Paso Robles. The Restaurant at JUSTIN has earned a MICHELIN Star and MICHELIN Green Star, and we are seeking a Part-Time Pastry Support Staff for a temporary period to support during the busy season. This entry-level opportunity provides a chance to learn pastry operations with a highly regarded culinary team.

Location:

11680 Chimney Rock Road, Paso Robles.

Schedule:

Part-time up to 15 hours per week, with availability to cover busy weekends and events.

• Polish chocolate molds and box chocolates
• Support boxing and packaging of pastry products for retail and events as needed
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and orderly kitchen
• Assist with pastry kitchen prep work and station set-up as needed
• Work with the Pastry Chef to maintain retail levels of pastry-related products

• Previous culinary or pastry experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and passion for food and wine
• Calm and approachable demeanor
• Strong time management and organizational skills

Pay Range: $19.00 – $23.00 per hour. Final compensation depends on skills and experience.
