Housekeeper, Hospitality ​/ Hotel ​/ Catering

Room Attendant – responsible for the daily ownership and operational execution of the Housekeeping Department. The role requires effective communication with guests and housekeeping staff, teamwork, and the ability to perform daily tasks to maintain hotel standards.

• Cleaning and servicing assigned rooms or areas according to established standards and procedures
• Cleaning and arranging guest rooms to hotel standards for guest arrival
• Cleaning and maintaining common areas of the hotel
• Performing laundry duties as necessary
• Stocking and maintaining housekeeping supply rooms
• Ensuring a high level of customer service at all times
• Assisting guests with requests and questions as necessary
• Reporting damages or repairs needed to management
• Reporting all lost and found items to the Housekeeping Manager
