Vineyard Manager: Lead Sustainable Estate Viticulture

A leading winery in Paso Robles is seeking an experienced Vineyard Manager to oversee its farming operations, viticulture practices, and new vineyard development. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Viticulture or a related field and at least 5 years of viticultural experience, including some supervisory experience. They will manage vineyard operations, collaborate closely with the Winemaker, and promote sustainability and organic farming practices.

This position also requires strong communication skills and proficiency in Spanish, as well as the ability to work primarily outdoors and in various weather conditions.
