We are currently seeking motivated Entry‑Level and Mid‑Level installers to perform high‑quality window and door replacements on residential homes. Job Type: Full‑time

Salary: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour (DOE)

• Work collaboratively with a crew to complete residential installations.
• Operate power tools (skill saws, miter saws, framing nailers) safely and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service while working in customers' homes.
• Adhere to safety standards, including climbing ladders (40 ft+) and lifting up to 70 lbs.

• 1+ year of general construction experience required. Previous window experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license with insurable record.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities, a positive attitude, and a team‑player mindset.
• Must pass a DOT physical (with drug screen), background screening, and driving record review.
