Job Details

Titles: Data Entry and Word Processing

Duration: Contract

Location: Wassaic, NY (12592)

Shift Timings: Monday – Friday (usual business hours)

Pay: USD 16/hr – USD 17/hr

Position summary

This position provides administrative and clerical support, including processing invoices, communicating with external sites, and maintaining paper and electronic records, requiring proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Key Responsibilities
  • Basic Office equipment operation.
  • Confirming receipt of goods and services, Invoice payments via SFS.
  • Corresponding with outside sites via email and phone.
  • Paper and electronic filing of documents.
  • Working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Other duties as assigned.
