- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
- Sales/marketing experience
- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
- Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs
- Schedule clients according to their preferences
- Help to ensure all client needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
- Other duties as assigned
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
- Previous experience in a customer service environment
- Ability to multi‑task
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office

Pay Range$11.00 - $27.00 /hr (local minimum wage laws apply). Pay is based on experience, education, skill, performance, and location. Successful candidates may participate in incentive compensation or short‑term incentive plans. Qualifying associates may enroll in medical and prescription drug coverage, H&R Block Retirement Savings Plan (401(k)), Employee Assistance Program, virtual fitness center programs, associate discount program, Business Travel Accident Insurance, and Associate Tax Prep benefit.
