AX Transformation Office Lead

HSAD USA is seeking an AX Transformation Office Lead to turn successful client work into repeatable, marketable services. This person will help define what the company sells, how those services are delivered and scaled, where to pursue growth, and which partnerships can expand its capabilities.

The ideal candidate brings a strong strategy or consulting background, sound business development judgment, and hands-on experience building service offerings. They can develop the business case and tell the story, while also working through pricing, delivery requirements, and a practical statement of work.

• Identify opportunities for new services based on client needs and work already delivered.
• Package services into clear offerings, including service menus and pricing.
• Define each offering’s scope, statement of work, service-level agreements, and performance measures.
• Help transition work from business process outsourcing into repeatable service offerings.
• Improve operating models and processes to support consistent delivery.
• Develop commercial approaches to pricing, billing, and contracts.
• Build reusable methods and intellectual property, and track delivery volume, lead time, quality, and unit cost.

• Oversee AI governance, including tools, licensing, seats, costs, and usage visibility.
• Evaluate proven AI tools and turn them into practical internal workflows.
• Develop simple tools and automation that connect work across teams and processes.
• Respond to requests from delivery, client service, product development, finance, and HR teams.
• Support customization and adoption through training, internal champions, and usage tracking.

• Set medium- and long-term priorities and recommend how resources should be allocated.
• Define growth initiatives and assess which capabilities to build internally or source externally.
  
  Identify and package opportunities across existing LG Electronics business, affiliates, and non-LG clients.
• Coordinate new and incremental projects, maintaining a disciplined pipeline from lead through sale and completion.
• Monitor market trends and respond to priorities from headquarters.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting that support leadership decisions.

• Build an ecosystem of platform, AI, startup, university, and other strategic partners.
• Identify external capabilities that fill gaps in HSAD USA’s offerings.
• Develop sourcing approaches and manage partner relationships and commercial terms.
• Run partner-led pilots to evaluate opportunities before recommending internal investment.
• Develop joint solutions, alliances, and offerings when they support business goals.
• Use headquarters and the global network to identify potential partners and capabilities.

• Experience in strategy, consulting, business transformation, service development, or business development.
• Demonstrated ability to turn an opportunity into a defined service offering with a workable pricing model and statement of work.
• Experience developing growth plans, evaluating commercial opportunities, and presenting recommendations to leadership.
• Practical familiarity with AI tools, workflow automation, adoption, and governance.
• Ability to work across commercial, operational, and technical teams.
• Experience building strategic partnerships and negotiating commercial terms.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project leadership skills.
