Salary: $80-$110 hourly
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) to provide periodic in-home nursing visits for one client. This role involves limited, scheduled visits (one to two times per month) focused on monitoring health status, providing skilled nursing care as needed, and communicating observations to the appropriate parties.
Responsibilities for Home Care RN- Conduct scheduled in-home nursing visits (1–2 times per month)
- Perform health assessments and monitor vital signs
- Administer or oversee medications as prescribed (if applicable)
- Provide basic skilled nursing care per care plan
- Document visits accurately and thoroughly
- Communicate changes in condition or concerns to family, caregivers, or supervising providers
- Ensure care is delivered in accordance with nursing standards and applicable regulations
Candidate MUST have an RN license in the state of NJ
