Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Strong hands‑on experience with SAP FSRI (Reinsurance) configuration and support.
- Proportional and Non‑Proportional structures
- Ceded and Assumed reinsurance
- Experience with treaty/contract setup, premium calculation, postings, and estimations
- Functional knowledge of claims processing, recoveries, commissions, settlements, UPR, and reinstatement premiums
- Strong understanding of reinsurance accounting principles
- Experience supporting month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes
- SAP S/4
HANA Finance (FIGL, FIAP, FIAR), Finance (FIGL, FIAP, FIAR) - SAP FSCD
- Ability to analyze posting logic, document flow, reconciliation issues, and data discrepancies
- Experience supporting SIT, UAT, and production issues
- Ability to prepare functional specifications and support business requirement discussions
- Exposure to SAP and non‑SAP system interfaces
- Basic ABAP debugging/log analysis skills
- Insurance/Reinsurance industry experience is mandatory
- 6+ years of SAP experience with 3+ years of hands‑on SAP FSRI experience
