Oversee all aspects of warehouse management, including receiving shipments, maintaining accurate inventory, and preparing materials for upcoming jobs. Communicate with Production, Sales, and Front Office teams, manage vendor relationships, and ensure all vehicles and equipment are assigned and ready. Conduct safety compliance checks, schedule vehicle maintenance, and track inventory usage. Perform regular inventory audits and reports, oversee warehouse organization and cleanliness, coordinate task lists, monitor job staging, and ensure operational procedures are followed for efficient project support.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of mechanical experience and warehousing or chimney‑related experience
• Ability to obtain CSIA, NCSG, or NFI certification within 6 months
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
• Ability to regularly lift/move up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds
• Problem‑solving and time‑management skills
• Consistently high work quality and attention to detail

• Chimney and fireplace experience
• Service Titan software skills
• 3+ years of warehouse/inventory/fleet management
• Field service or construction ability
• Strong mechanical aptitude
