• Pay
  : $16-$19 per hour, based on experience.
• Schedule
  :
  Part-time, about 30 hours per week
  • Monday-Thursday: 2 p.m. – 7 p.m.
  • Saturday: 8 a.m. – 2 p.m.
  • Fridays off

• Answer inbound calls and deliver a professional, friendly, consultative experience.
• Use call‑center and sales skills to schedule service appointments and educate customers about our offerings.
• Coordinate with field technicians to ensure smooth, accurate scheduling.
• Make outbound follow‑up calls to customers and return missed calls.
• Manage service requests, gather key details, and keep accurate records.
• Help our team reach daily and weekly sales targets through meaningful client interactions.

• 2+ years of call‑center, sales, or office experience.
• Strong phone communication and customer service abilities.
• Comfort working toward sales goals.
• A positive, team‑oriented attitude.
