• Provide modeling horsepower in Revit, working on conduit, electrical switch gear, panel boards, transformers, control cabinets, fire alarm cabinets, light fixtures, duct banks, vaults, handholes, hangers, prefabricated racks, and more.
• Support teammates with Revit fundamentals and advanced modeling techniques.
• Assist with Trimble layout procedures, update central model from field data, and supply backgrounds.
• Address electrical code requirements, install feasibility questions, and convene with project management for approvals.
• Interpret electrical gear cut sheets, ensuring correct conduit layout, cable bus, bus duct, and clearances.
• Read electrical print drawings and extract content for accurate modeling.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings, follow clash resolution discussions, and create Navisworks viewpoints.
• Collaborate with other trade BIM technicians to maintain schedule and resolve clashes aggressively.
• Conduct site visits for context and data center builds.
• Extract information from Bluebeam markups, export Revit spreadsheets, and supply prefabrication teams.
• Assist in extraction of site elevations from Civil files and print layout checks for field installation.
• Communicate with project management and field teams as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks with strong electrical system understanding.
• Experience with BIM Collaborate Pro, Trimble layout procedures, and BIM 360.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam and project management tools.

• Interpret contract documents and create comprehensive installation and prefab drawings.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, conduit systems, gear, and prefabrication.
• Strong communication, detail orientation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Sheets, and similar tools.
