Position Overview

The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting the organization’s human resources functions, ensuring compliance, and promoting a positive employee experience. This position requires a proactive professional who can manage multiple HR responsibilities, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, benefits, and payroll coordination.
  • Support recruitment efforts: job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
  • Assist with performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Serve as a resource for employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues promptly.
  • Maintain HR systems and generate reports as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4+ years of HR experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
