Infosys is seeking a Lead Manhattan Active Omni Consultant
. The role involves functioning as a consultant and SME in the order management and supply chain domain, engaging with end customers, gathering requirements, performing fit‑gap analysis, functional design, and complete implementation. Duties also include development/upgrade/support tasks, liaising with business users and client managers, suggesting and validating solution options, and coordinating testing and release management activities.

• Development, upgrade, and support tasks.
• Liaise with business users, client managers, and specialists to understand requirements and problem statements.
• Suggest and validate various solution options.
• Coordinate and conduct testing or release management activities.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; or three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education.
• At least 7 years of relevant information technology experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer‑based visa sponsorship. Infosys cannot provide immigration sponsorship for this role.
• Location:
  
  Pataskala, OH or Richardson, TX. The position may require travel to project/client locations.

• At least 4 years of experience with Order Management and Supply Chain functions.
• Experience with Manhattan Active Omni suite (Order Management, Enterprise Inventory, Digital Self‑Service, Virtual Assistant Support, Call Center Management, Store Management, POS).
• Hands‑on experience in product configuration and business process mapping.
• Understanding of GCP; advantage if familiar with AWS and Azure.
• Experience with Order Management systems, POS/Store Management or E‑Commerce (MAO, DOM, POS, Sterling OMS).
• Experience in Inventory Management, Order Orchestration (B2B and B2C).
• Experience with databases.
• Experience in cloud implementation and execution.
• Prior experience leading implementation teams desirable.
• Knowledge of other OMS packages an advantage.

The job may involve sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Candidates should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face‑to‑face.
