We are seeking a skilled Customer Quality Specialist (CQE) for our new plant in Columbus, Ohio. This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our solar products, with a particular focus on customer satisfaction, audits, and complaint handling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating the quality aspects of our products throughout the entire customer journey, from pre‑sales to after‑sales service.
This includes addressing customer complaints, coordinating audits, and implementing continuous improvement measures to enhance product quality.
- Lead and manage the daily testing operations within the laboratory.
- Spearhead the application processes for TUV witness laboratory and CNAS laboratory accreditations.
- Oversee the reception duties for both customer and internal laboratory visits.
- Direct and ensure regular maintenance activities for all laboratory equipment.
- Take charge of the update and maintenance of laboratory and testing system documents, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and other relevant guidelines.
- Fulfill any additional responsibilities or tasks as delegated by superiors.
- A bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.
- Between 0‑2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
- In‑depth knowledge of production safety and lean production techniques.
- Familiarity with ISO
9001 standards and proficiency in Microsoft Office. - An innate curiosity and keenness to learn continuously.
- Exceptional public speaking skills, exuding confidence and poise.
- A natural ability to thrive under pressure and outstanding coordination, planning, and execution skills.
