• Lead and manage daily testing operations within the laboratory.
• Spearhead application processes for TUV witness laboratory and CNAS laboratory accreditations.
• Oversee reception duties for both customer and internal laboratory visits.
• Direct and ensure regular maintenance activities for all laboratory equipment.
• Update and maintain laboratory and testing system documents, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and other relevant guidelines.
• Perform additional responsibilities or tasks as delegated by superiors.

• Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
• In‑depth knowledge of production safety and lean production techniques.
• Familiarity with ISO
  9001 standards and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Innate curiosity and keenness to learn continuously.
• Exceptional public speaking skills, exuding confidence and poise.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and strong coordination, planning, and execution skills.
