What You’ll Need:

Must be willing to work in Patchogue
and surrounding areas
Active
NYS PCA or HHA Certification REQUIRED
Availability to work 12hr or live-in shifts, Monday-Sunday:
- 8am-8pm
- Live-in (3-4 days a week)
Reliable transportation

Your Role as a Caregiver:

Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
